Sentimento Ezora

Mesopotamia remembers through stone. Sentimento Ezora, created with Table Works, reinterprets the spirit and history of Mardin through a lighting piece born from the form of a traditional musical instrument. The silhouette of an instrument passed down through generations is reshaped in light, the invisible vibration of a melody becoming the vibration of light itself. Each beam carries the trace of a sound once born from a string, a breath, a touch. Echoes from Mardin's stone streets take on a new geometry here: a reading of cultural memory through the language of contemporary design.
